Your documents, your layout
Upload a Word template, set placeholders, done. One layout per document type, a default you override — rendered as PDF/A-3 with the e-invoice embedded.
Quote, order, delivery note, invoice, credit note: one chain, one record. VOB progress and final invoices, measurement sheets per position, dunning, your documents from your Word template. Every invoice leaves as PDF/A-3 with ZUGFeRD or XRechnung — the German e-invoicing mandate (2027/2028) is already handled for you.
The quote is accepted and becomes an order. From the order come delivery notes, from the delivery notes the invoice, from a return the credit note. Nothing is retyped, nothing maintained twice — and every page shows the whole chain.
A measurement sheet hangs on the position; approved sheets add up to the quantity. Small openings up to the threshold are over-measured — shown but not deducted, as VOB/C intends. The final invoice offsets every advance as its own line at the same tax rate: VAT arises only on the remainder, and the auditor sees each advance individually.
A kit is parameters, derived values and a rule table — in your language, with AND, the decimal comma and the Excel functions you know. On sale, answers and parts are frozen; if the order changes, an amendment with the difference lines follows. A typo in a rule is reported on save instead of silently miscalculating.

The order knows its site address, its packing list, its delivery notes and its payments. No export, no import, no reconciliation between programs.
"Turn quote AN-041 into the order and issue the advance invoice for €12,000" — Bob creates it, shows the card, you confirm. Nothing irreversible without a click.
Yes. Quote, order, delivery note, invoice, credit note, dunning, progress and final invoices, e-invoice, open items and bank reconciliation are included. What you keep is your accountant — they get the DATEV posting batch.
Every invoice and credit note is produced as PDF/A-3 with embedded EN 16931 XML (ZUGFeRD), or as XRechnung on request. The XML is validated against the schema before embedding — an invalid e-invoice never leaves the system.
Yes. You upload your .docx, insert placeholders from the reference, and from then on every document renders with it. Each document type ships with a default layout you can replace at any time.
Issued documents are immutable (GoBD). You cancel with a credit note and issue anew — the number range stays gapless, the history complete.
