yourapps.studio is a cloud application that lets you digitize and automate processes. Tools like Trello, Jira, Slack or Confluence are no longer needed. We primarily target construction and trade companies, midsized businesses with field teams, and companies with compliance requirements.

Typically less than 10 minutes for a first version — create fields, define a status workflow, set permissions. Complex apps with multiple workflows take 1-2 hours. Example SWE Consult: first productive app after 2 hours.

Yes, we are happy to help with questions or issues. Individual consulting, training or system extensions are not included in the price and are offered and billed separately.

Since yourapps.studio is a cloud application that works on all modern browsers and devices, you can access your data anywhere. The app is also PWA-capable — installable as an app on smartphone, tablet or desktop and works offline.

You can import all important data formats — Excel (.xlsx), CSV, JSON, XML, Confluence exports, SQLite databases, etc. Our import wizard automatically detects tables and relationships and maps them in minutes. For complex migrations we are happy to help individually.

We offer three subscription options (Team, Business, Enterprise) that differ by user count and feature scope. A 14-day trial is free. Beta testers get special conditions plus the chance to co-shape the product.

By default we host on servers in Germany (GDPR-compliant, ISO 27001). On request a self-hosting variant is possible — then yourapps.studio runs in your own infrastructure, on-premise or in your private cloud.

Yes, anytime. With one click you can export all your data as CSV, JSON, Excel or XML. No vendor lock-in, no fine print. Your data belongs to you.

Yes — properly. Unlike Notion/Airtable which only have a read cache, in yourapps.studio you can create, edit and change status on entries offline. Sync runs automatically on the next reconnect via RxDB-based push-pull replication.

yourapps.studio has a deep permission model: per status (e.g. "In progress", "Approved") you define which roles can see or edit which fields. So a subcontractor only sees their tasks, accounting only the numbers, the site manager everything.

Bob understands your requirements in natural language. He can create new apps ("Build me an app for material orders"), configure workflows, search data, generate reports — and respects your role permissions in doing so. Bob is included in every Business plan.

Yes. yourapps.studio has a REST API for all data objects and an SSE stream for real-time events. You can configure webhooks directly in workflows. Examples in the documentation.

Multi-tenant via PostgreSQL schema-per-org (full isolation), encrypted credentials (Fernet), TLS everywhere, regular backups, ISO 27001 (in progress), SOC 2 Type II (in progress). Self-hosting available for critical-infrastructure requirements.
