Key questions on pricing
What happens after 14 days?
You decide. The trial needs no means of payment and ends by itself — nothing is charged. If you want to continue, you take out the subscription during the trial; otherwise access is suspended and you can still export your data.
Hidden costs?
No. The per-user price is everything — integrations, storage and OnlyOffice included. AI runs on your own API key: we charge no tokens, you set the limits. External shares cost a one-time €5 per shared entry.
How do the limits work?
Apps and workflows are unlimited on every plan. What scales is entries per app (10,000 in Basis, 100,000 in Pro) and storage per seat (5 GB in Basis, 50 GB in Pro); the storage of all seats forms one shared pool for the organisation.
Term, seats and payment?
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled to the end of the current month, annual ones to the end of the year; we refund an annual charge in full within 30 days. Additional seats apply at once and are charged pro rata, fewer seats from the next period; on an annual plan, seats added during the year run monthly. You pay by SEPA direct debit or card, and for annual plans on invoice by arrangement. The invoice comes from us, as an e-invoice on request.
How does the AI work?
You add your own AI API key (e.g. OpenAI or Anthropic). We do not bill requests or tokens — costs go directly to your provider. Owners and admins set token limits per organization and per user.
