What happens after 14 days?
You decide. No automatic subscription. If you do not actively continue, that is it. You can export your data with one click.
Hidden costs?
No. The per-user price is everything — integrations, storage and OnlyOffice included. AI runs on your own API key: we charge no tokens, you set the limits. External shares cost a one-time €10 per shared entry.
How do the limits work?
Apps and workflows are unlimited on every plan. What scales is entries per app (10,000 / 100,000 / unlimited) and storage per user (5 / 50 / 100 GB). Enterprise gets more storage on request.
Minimum term?
Cancel monthly on all self-service plans. Custom projects follow your agreed contract term.
How does the AI work?
You add your own AI API key (e.g. OpenAI or Anthropic). We do not bill requests or tokens — costs go directly to your provider. Owners and admins set token limits per organization and per user.
