The file explorer holds folders, rights and versions. OnlyOffice opens .docx, .xlsx and .pptx right in the browser — several people at once, stored in Germany, without a Microsoft 365 licence. Documents are created from templates with the data of an entry. And whoever runs quality management controls releases and versions here, instead of in a folder "final_v3_new".

Open, edit, save — in the browser, in Germany.
One click on the file opens the editor: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, with formulas, comments, track changes. Several people at once, every change a version. The quote as .docx, the calculation as .xlsx, the report as PDF — attached to the entry, where it belongs. Formats the editor can only read are not silently overwritten but opened read-only.

Work instructions, procedures, forms: a document is a draft, gets checked and released — the released version is the valid one, every change a new version with history. For the audit there is the trail, for ISO 9001 the control, for instruction the training with proof.

Instruction with quiz and proof.
A training is an app with pages, videos, info cards and quiz questions. Whoever completes it has the proof in the system; whoever still needs it sees it under "My trainings". The AI Act course for AI operations is built the same way.
