Three addresses on the job
Billing address, shipping address, site — often the same, sometimes all three differ. The job knows all of them; every document copies them on creation.
One job, one sourcing list. Per position you say whether it comes from the main warehouse, the van or the supplier. That produces packing lists per warehouse and orders per supplier — as PDF in your layout and as a checklist in the app that posts stock as you tick.
Stock is never "set" — it is the sum of movements. Goods receipt, delivery note, return, consumption, count: each carries its source document, every correction is a counter-movement. Ask "why do we have 51?" and you get the list, not a shrug.
Suppliers with article numbers, prices, pack sizes and lead times on the article. The order goes to the supplier as PDF — delivered to site, warehouse, billing address or elsewhere. Goods receipt posts to the warehouse the order names; the incoming invoice is checked against the order and lands in the payment run.
The packing list is a delivery note per warehouse, with the shelf on every line. Whoever packs ticks; what is packed is issued and leaves stock — in parts too, when the rest comes tomorrow. What the supplier brings straight to site is marked "after goods receipt" and becomes a delivery on receipt.
Billing address, shipping address, site — often the same, sometimes all three differ. The job knows all of them; every document copies them on creation.
What is delivered straight to site sits in the job's site warehouse — and goes from there onto the delivery note, without a detour via the hall.
Resellable, damaged, disposed — the return says what comes back, and the credit note is created from it.
